• Small-group tour - maximum of 14 people.

  Minimum numbers apply. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there are not enough passengers to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund.

  Pick ups:

  You will need to arrive at your selected pickup location 10mins prior as the bus is on a tight schedule and cannot wait. In the event you do not select a pickup point at check out, the default start point is Aquaduck office in Circle on Cavill, Cavill Ave, Surfers Paradise

  There is no storage on the bus or in the booking office for prams and large bags. Please leave them in your car or hotel room

• Cancellations:

  Refund available if notified at least 48hrs prior tour departure.

  Cancellation 24-48 hours prior to tour departure time - 50% of Fare.

  Reschedule of tour permitted free of charge up to 24 hours prior.

  Cancellation inside 24 hours or no show - 100% of fare.

  Any person under the age of 16yrs must be accompanied by an adult 18+

  Southern Cross Tours may alter or cancel any section of the itinerary which may result from road closures, weather, suppliers or any other condition of an operational nature.

  Alternate vehicles may be used in the event that a Southern Cross vehicle is unavailable

  Tour duration is approximate and is based on tour time starting from and returning to Aquaduck booking office, Surfers Paradise.

  Please bring comfortable footwear, a hat, and a drink bottle.
