It felt very dangerous and unfair as all other visitors did not have any problems with their equipment. Nobody apologized for that, I was only told that , yes, they are not all new... I believe in this case my safely was compromised and it did not feel very respectful to a customer. I would normally expect the professional behaviour by the personnel to take the broken stirrup as they are trained and skilled in the field... So, everybody else enjoyed the ride much better from a safety perspective....
