Poor service

Kenneth Crabb said... We sent our granddaughter to run ahead to try to hold the bus and the driver would not wait the extra 20- 30 seconds for us to get to the door. Then we had to wait almost 35 minutes for the next bus. The PA system also did not work on one bus.
