melanie rapajon said... I booked the trip with book me and received confirmation email. When I arrived at the Intercity Terminal they had no record of my transaction and I was not on their list. Two other Australian tourists were also in the same boat, having had the same disappointing experience with another tour they had booked the previous day. Luckily someone at the station stepped in to help us. I enjoyed Hobbiton but we couldn't go to the gift shop as the bus driver was keen to get on the road. This was disappointing for everyone. Many tourists don't have the means or know-how when it comes to escalating issues, and it's not leaving them with a great impression of the country.
