Taste some of Australia's finest wines and enjoy the beautiful Barossa Valley on this incredible tour!
Journey through Barossa Valley to the most celebrated wineries in Australia in this incredible full day tour!
Winding our way through the scenic Adelaide Hills, we stop for coffee at Williamstown before making out way to the incredible Whispering Wall. The Whispering Wall is as tall as a nine-storey building and constructed in a perfect semi circle, it’s possible to hear someone whisper from one end of the dam wall to the other end, 140 metres away.
We’ll first visit is the world-famous Jacob’s Creek, where you can taste their famed Shiraz, Merlot and Rosé. While you enjoy your tasting a local guide will provide an informative explanation of each wine.
We’ll then proceed to Kies, a family owned boutique winery, where you’ll be able to taste exquisite wine that is not for sale anywhere else in the world. Lunch will be served next door at the Monkey Nut Café, where you can take your pick of red or white wine from the tasting as a complimentary drink to enjoy with your meal.
Our last winery to visit is Lambert Estate Wines, a family owned business that made their name thanks to their chocolate port! The evening is topped off with a stop by Menglers Hill lookout for a superb view of the Barossa Valley.
Join us for an indulgent day tasting incredible wine through the beautiful Barossa Valley.
Great day out, food and drink was fab and plenty of it too! Guide was very informative and upbeat, would highly recommend this tour as a solo traveller!
Excellent tour guide- V. Knowledgable and passionate. Very Good wine, loved going to local wineries supporting local businesses- great value for money
Thank you Katie!
Emma was spot on time picking us up. She was a good driver and coming from the area was extremely knowledgeable about it (she also had a good list of top things to do in Adelaide. We had a nice coffee stop and then it was the whispering walk then straight into the wine tasting (Have never started drinking at 1015 before!) First winery was Jacob's Creek and we had a nice traditional wine talk and got to even sample the different grapes. The Lies winery was our favourite, lots of tastings and jolly passionate staff. We had dinner here and all the meals looked and tasted great. We did two more tastings in the afternoon, we particularly enjoyed Lamberts. Suprise, suprise we slept most of way back! Thanks for a great day
Thanks David! glad you enjoyed your time with groovy. Emma's a wonderful guide!
This was a great day out and was excellent value for money particularly with the Bookme deal we received. From the start we had very clear and timely emails communicating details for the day including pick up points. They even provided a map in the email showing how we got to our pick up point and the time it would take to walk there. The bus did arrive a little late but that was due to a no show of another passenger before us and them trying to locate the passenger (so was not the companies fault that they were late). The group size was quite good (we should have had 19 on the tour (full bus) if she had turned up). Our fantastic host/driver, Em who was a very friendly, careful driver who delighted in passing on her knowledge of the Barossa Valley. Although predominantly a young crowd (<35) there were a couple of us young at heart who were made to feel just as welcome. We visited 3 wineries and one tasting room (not as many as stated in description) with a couple of sights on the way. The wineries were great, particularly Kies, which is where we had lunch. We were given a menu in advance to choose from (which included a few vegetarian, vegan and GF options). Every dish that came out looked amazing and I can vouch that my vego cheese platter tasted amazing and was very filling and my friend said her pie was too! We had a slight issue where the buses engine warning light came on and we had to have a new bus sent out to us, but, Em handled the situation extremely well and no one seemed too upset that we had to stay a bit longer at the beautiful Kies winery, playing lawn games and sipping on some more wine whilst we waited. The only negative of the day was the host at the tasting room who was unnecessarily abrupt to the group. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone looking to tour the Barossa with having the added bonus of it being at a very reasonable price.
What wonderful feedback! thank you for taking the time to write this Karyn!

Super Tour!
