Olivia said... Very disappointed in customer service Had to change date of booking and forced to pay difference to make full ticket price despite tand cs stating could change the date. Very rude customer service, threatened to cancel if did not pay additional fee. Would not provide a secure payment option, insisted on credit card over phone.
